LoD is committed to providing the Jeep
vehicle aftermarket with the highest quality products at competitive
prices. LoD products are designed by Jeep enthusiasts for Jeep enthusiasts,
using thick walled tubing to protect your Jeep from body damage on the
trail. We are constantly developing and testing new products in order
to give you, our customers the best products possible!
All of LoD's products are finished
using a powder coating process, ensuring a durable, long lasting finish.
After the parts have been washed using a phosphate solution, they are
electrically grounded and the powder coat is applied to the steel surface
roughly 4 mills thick using electrostatic disposition. The newly coated
parts are then baked in an oven at 400° so that the powder coat forms
a hard, thick protective layer that will guard your investment for years
to come.
